How does the VAT free scheme work for British Forces in Cyprus?


If you are interested in buying an item from us that is over €119.00 in value you can buy it without paying the VAT. Just ask in store for help. Once your purchase is made, take your invoice to your fiscal officer on the base, you'll then get a V6E form signed and stamped. This must be done within 3 months of purchase date. The white copy gets brought back to the store and we can process your VAT refund for you

How can you sell at such good prices?

We we work closely with our partner suppliers in the UK, the Far East and in Cyprus to bring you the best possible goods at the best possible prices. All of our products are new and we do not sell graded appliances

  

Are the products guaranteed?

Yes, all of our products are guaranteed. In general most items carry a 2 year guarantee, however some items may have longer or shorter guarantees, so it is best that check the product details on each of the items you are interested in and the period of guarantee will be clearly stated on those pages
Your guarantee is only valid for domestic use of goods in line with the manufacturers guidelines as published. Commercial/Business use of the equipment voids your guarantee. Your guarantee is against the equipment being defective and in no way covers damage caused by misuse, negligence, lightning strikes or surges in your mains voltage.  Your guarantee for refrigerated items is void if they are used outside of the home

If your purchase is supplied with a 3 pin plug. The removal of this fitted plug/fuse will void your guarantee, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. For items that require electrical installation your guarantee is only valid if proof can be shown by you that those items were fitted by a qualified electrician

Delivery Timescales


Items to be delivered by courier within Cyprus will be sent within 48 Hours
Items to be delivered by us to your door within Cyprus will be sent within 96 Hours, you will receive an email or telephone call confirming delivery day and time

Returns and Cancellations of your on-line purchase


In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods on-line, unwanted goods can be returned open, so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in "as new" condition and must not have been used or installed

Our guarantee allows you to exchange or receive a refund on defective items in the first 28 days of purchase. Thereafter we reserve the right to repair, replace like for like goods or refund the cost of purchase. This is at our discretion
Refunds on cancellations before delivery will be refunded in full. Refunds on defective items will be refunded in full. Refunds on unwanted goods returned within the first 14 days will be refunded in full for the cost of the goods, less the delivery charge and we may if necessary charge an additional fee if it is necessary for us to collect or make arrangements for a courier collection for the unwanted item from you

Please keep your packaging for the first 28 days, in the unlikely event of a return it is essential that the goods are packed safely and securely for transit back to our premises. Any transit damage due to insufficiently packed items will be deemed as negligent and may reduce or invalidate your refund
